PLA emerged through lived leadership experience and research—revealing repeatable patterns in how authority is granted, protected, and withdrawn.

PLA is for leaders navigating authority across work and life. The discipline centers women’s leadership experiences as a primary lens—especially in environments where authority is shaped by informal dynamics as much as formal roles. Rather than prescribing action, PLA builds leaders’ capacity to choose well—so action, restraint, or redirection is deliberate and aligned with real conditions.
